Metro Region - Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Multnomah, Tillamook, Yamhill, Wasco, and Washington counties.
Southern Region - Benton, Coos, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Jackson, Jefferson, Josephine, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, and Polk counties.
