Metro Region - Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Multnomah, Tillamook, Wasco, and Washington counties (and North Marion SD).
Southern Region - Benton, Coos, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Jackson, Jefferson, Josephine, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.
Eastern Region - Baker, Crook, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, and Wheeler counties.
