Our Board

The Board of Directors consists of volunteers selected from among Oregon DI's team managers, appraisers, and other officials. The working board provides leadership and guidance to the program, and coordinates fundraising, development, and programming for the state.

OM Associates, Inc. of Oregon is the legal name of the organization that offers the Destination ImagiNation program in Oregon. Oregon DI has qualified with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
 
The Bylaws of the organization describe the formal policies and procedures of the Board, including board members, meetings, and substantive organizational changes. The current bylaws were adopted by Board resolution on 10/13/2009. Click here to view.
 
The Board adopted the following Diversity Policy on 01/23/2009: "Diversity is the catalyst for innovative thinking.The Organization is committed to the concepts of nondiscrimination and inclusion as an affirmation of our beliefs that the interests of all members are best served when the inherent worth of every individual is recognized and valued. We believe that diversity enriches the educational experience, promotes personal growth and a healthy society, and strengthens communities and the workplace. We seek a diverse and inclusive membership and promote full participation in all activities regardless of race, gender, disability, physical appearance, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, or geographic location."
